Bar attendant

Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, beers, wines and other beverages while delivering friendly, professional customer service. Duties include taking orders, processing payments, checking identification for alcohol service, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, organised bar. Assist with opening and closing tasks while following health, safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

• At least two years of bar attendant or bartender experience, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Valid Skills Pass Certificate.

• Conversational spoken English.

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee and beverage preparation.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Professional attitude, teamwork and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Annual salary of €13,312.

• Full-time employment.
