Waiter

Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to ensure a positive dining experience. Duties include welcoming guests, explaining menus, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, handling guest concerns, processing payments and resetting tables. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service and a clean dining area

• At least two years of server experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Valid Skills Pass Certificate.

• Strong spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of food and wine.

• Experience with POS systems, order processing and payments.

• Knowledge of food safety standards.

• Strong organisation, time management and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Annual salary of €12,688.
